Knowledge Center Overview

Knowledge Center is designed to be a central repository of knowledge, training, and/or materials for your organization that would be useful to others. Examples of information found in the Knowledge Center include training materials, best practices, presentations, competitive information, certifications, resumes, white papers, awards, photos, graphics, and past performances.

Knowledge Center Sample:

Knowledge Center lists all knowledge areas along with the most important fields of data that can then be used to sort, sequence or filter the list.  Multiple views can be configured and saved for future use.

Knowledge Workspace Sample:

When adding a knowledge area to the Knowledge Center, users have the option to create a workspace for managing knowledge-related information. Default information for knowledge workspaces includes:
